Alma Jerez

A unique show with the best purebred Spanish horses, followed by a tour and a wine tasting in a legendary Jerez winery. There will also be a tasting of selected typical Andalusian dishes followed by the purest and the most authentic Jerez flamenco show represented with five artists on stage.

How the Andalusian Horses Dance
The unique show, “How the Andalusian Horses Dance”, is an equestrian ballet accompanied by quintessential Spanish music and 18th century styled costumes, all put together and choreographed using movements based upon Classical Dressage, Doma Vaquera (country-style riding) and traditional equestrian routines. Each show consists of between six and eight different choreographies.

Visit to Bodegas Álvaro Domecq
A guided tour of the cellars of Bodegas Álvaro Domecq, where you can learn about the aging system of their brandies, finos, olorosos and vinegars, as well as tasting the most exquisite products.

Flamenco Show with Tapas Menu
Inside a bodega dating to 1739, the magic of an ancient and pure flamenco is produced every night which dazzles the spectator and ensures that flamenco dance remains established in thought and memory. Styles such as martinetes, soleá, bulerías…the roots of Jerez. Experience the city of flamenco.

Program:

• 11:00: Arrival at the "Real Escuela de Arte Ecuestre" (address: Duque de Abrantes, s/n, 11407 Jerez de la Frontera). Exchange of voucher at the box office and visit to the venue.
• 12:00: Show "Cómo bailan los caballos andaluces" ("How the Andalusian horses dance").
• 13:30: End of the show. Transfer on your own to Bodegas Álvaro Domecq (address: Calle Madre de Dios s/n, 11401 Jerez de la Frontera / Approximately 10 minutes by cab).
• 14:00: Visit and wine tasting at Bodegas Álvaro Domecq.
• 15:00: Lunch with Tapas Menu at Tablao Flamenco Puro Arte (address: Calle Madre de Dios 10, 11401 Jerez de la Frontera / Approximately 1 minute walk).
• 16:00: Flamenco show.
• 17:10: End of the experience.
