About the Show
Barcelona Guitar Trio & Dance presents their outstanding tribute to the legendary guitarist Paco de Lucia, as part of the festival Maestros de la Guitarra Española y Flamenca. This magnificent show received and continues to receive the highest ratings from critics and audiences in Barcelona.
This project is performed at the famous and spectacular Palau de la Música in Barcelona, called the jewel of Catalan modernism. However, it has also traveled to the biggest international stages, such as the Tel Aviv Opera House, Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi, the Seoul Arts Theater or the United Nations Headquarters in Paris.
Barcelona Guitar Trio & Dance's show is a harmonious fusion of the guitar playing of three world-renowned maestros, Alí Arango, Xavier Coll and Luis Robisco, and the dancing of the brilliant duo, Carolina Morgado and José Manuel Álvarez. Their tribute to the immortal Paco de Lucia includes not only the music of the guitarist and composer himself, but also the works of Manuel de Falla, Federico Garcia Lorca and Chick Corea.
