About the Show

Tablao Flamenco La Herrería is located in the center of Tarragona close to the famous Mercat Central de Tarragona. The venue is also situated very close to the famous beaches of the city of Salou. The tablao owes its name to the centuries-old tradition of the forge songs sung by the blacksmiths of the past, while beating against the anvil in the mystical light of the furnace.

The owner and artistic director of Tablao Flamenco La Herrería comes from a family of blacksmiths, and wanted to pay homage to this heritage, creating a forge where the elements of this sacred art merge: singing, rhythm and guitar. This is how flamenco was born, strong as iron, and hot and passionate as the fire of the furnace. In addition, the show offered at the establishment incorporates the philosophy of the Japanese art of Kintsugi that proclaims what is broken, can be fixed with gold. And so, it is worth even more.

This intimate and exciting show has a duration of one hour. This unique experience features the magic of flamenco in a temple of art, life and warmth. In La Herrería dreams are forged, to remain forever.

What a spectacular experience!!! It was my dream to watch flamenco live and I am so happy that I found this little gem… Music, singing and dancing was just another level. Artist put a lot of passion into it and you can feel it through the show.. I partially recorded the show on my phone and when I get back to it now it puts smile on my face.
