About the Show

Tablao La Soleá is located inside the Plaza de Toros in Granada. The venue features the flamenco show "Zambra, La Raíz", a live performance full of nuances of flamenco art and purity. The performance conveys to the viewer some of the most intense sounds of flamenco, walking them through the most popular palos (flamenco styles) from Andalusia. The cast includes 11 artists: 5 dancers, 2 singers, 2 guitarists, 1 pianist and 1 bandurria.

The restaurant in Tablao La Soleá features typical dishes from Granada and Andalusia with a carefully curated presentation. The venue is a singular and attractive place which highlights the interior of the bullring in Granada especially for the lover of flamenco and good gastronomy.

Lovely evening and passionate performance from the artists. Excellent service from this young service staff name ‘Ernesto’ - a gentleman from Mallorca who went to great length to ensure my comfort as I’d arrived on site more than two hours early due to a mistake from my travel agency. Dinner was surprising good too as I hadn’t expected a performance venue like this to have a decent F&B experience. Only complaint was that the evening was marred by what appears to be an inconsiderate teacher or guardian of a large female student group who simultaneously kept video chatting whilst the artist were performing !

We had dinner here before a show that got moved to another venue at Plaza Nueva. The food was not very tasty to us and below our expectations, sorry to say.

Dancers were outstanding! We only came for the show so I can't comment on the food . I recommend the show 100%.

The Flamenco show was fantastic, but the food was the worst I have eaten in Spain during many trips, or almost anywhere else in over 12 weeks yearly on the road for over 35 years. We were there as a large conference group that booked the whole restaurant, perhaps that was the reason.

Had a fantastic time, worth a visit, will come back again next time in Granada. The staffa and performers were very friendly.
